Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products (instant delivery and irrevocable access), all sales on Quebuk are generally final. Once a digital product is delivered, we cannot "return" it.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Notwithstanding Section 1, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting contact@quebuk.site.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase.
• Provide your order reference or email address used for purchase.
• Subscription memberships may be cancelled at any time; refunds apply only to the most recent billing cycle if within the 30-day window.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of the refund policy, including but not limited to excessive refund requests or violation of our Terms of Service.
