When you make a purchase, our payment gateways (Paddle, M-Pesa/Paystack, and others we may add) process your payment information directly — we do not store your card or mobile money details on our own servers.

Payments are handled entirely by third-party payment gateways. When you check out, your payment details are sent directly to the gateway you choose, subject to that gateway's own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference — never your full card number or mobile money PIN.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as light or dark mode. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to run Quebuk — such as our payment gateways, hosting provider, and authentication provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver our service to you.

We retain your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations after that.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Note that we may need to retain certain transaction records where required by law, even after an account is deleted.
